Privacy Policy
Phoenix Solar Panels is an independent matching service. We are not a solar installer and we do not perform the work. This page explains what we collect when you use this site and what we do with it.
What we collect
- The details you type into the request form or give to us on a call: your name, phone number, email address, property address and what you need done.
- Basic technical information your browser sends: page requested, referring page, device type and approximate location derived from your IP address.
- If you text us, the message content and the number you texted from.
Why we collect it
To pass your request to solar companies that cover your address, so they can contact you with a quote. To answer your questions. To keep a record of the request in case you follow up. To understand which pages are useful so we can improve them.
Who we share it with
With the solar companies matched to your request, so they can quote. We do not sell your details as a mailing list. We use service providers for hosting, telephony and analytics, and they process data on our instructions.
How long we keep it
Request details are kept while the request is live and for a reasonable period afterwards so that follow-up questions can be answered. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and out of calls by telling the caller. Marketing messages are only sent if you ticked the consent box.
Cookies
This site uses cookies that are needed for the page to work and, where enabled, analytics cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the request form still works.
